How vurvfix.com collects and protects personal data submitted through family trip brief requests, under the Law of Ukraine No. 2297-VI 'On Personal Data Protection'.

2. Data We Collect

  • Identification and contact data: name, email, phone.
  • Trip brief details: destinations, dates, traveller count, preferences.
  • Ages of accompanying children, where provided for family trip planning.
  • Technical data: IP address, device and browser data.

3. Purposes and Legal Basis

We process data to prepare trip proposals, respond to enquiries, perform contracts and meet legal duties. The basis is your consent and the performance of a distance contract, as set out in the Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection'.

4. Children's Data

Ages of children are processed only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect children's data from minors without such consent, and it is deleted when no longer needed.

5. Cookies

Cookies and similar storage are used only after your prior informed consent, in line with the Law of Ukraine No. 1089-IX 'On Electronic Communications'. You can withdraw consent at any time in your browser settings.

6. Retention and Sharing

Data is kept only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. We share it with service providers under confidentiality duties and do not sell it. Where data is transferred outside Ukraine, we apply appropriate safeguards.

7. Your Rights

You may access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, and receive data in a portable form. For distance contracts you may withdraw within 14 days under the Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection'. You may also complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.
