2. Service

The trip-dossier planner helps you build a trip and book with third-party operators. We are not the travel provider; bookings are with each operator under their terms.

3. Your responsibilities

Provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and use the planner lawfully.

4. Withdrawal and distance contracts

Under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection', you may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without reason, subject to exceptions (e.g. dated tourism services).

5. Dispute resolution

We aim to resolve disputes amicably. Otherwise, contact the consumer protection authority or a Ukrainian court.

6. Personal data

We process personal data with your consent under Law of Ukraine No. 2297-VI 'On Personal Data Protection'. See our Privacy Policy.

7. Cookies

We use cookies only with prior informed consent, per Law of Ukraine No. 1089-IX 'On Electronic Communications'.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, vurvfix.com LLC is not liable for indirect loss or third-party operators. Mandatory consumer rights under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX remain unaffected.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Ukrainian law. Disputes are subject to Ukrainian courts.
