Planner / Step 1 of 3

Seven inputs in, one seven-day family brief out

You answer seven questions about your children, your flights and your paperwork. You get back a single week for a single destination, Turkey or Egypt, with naps, heat hours and transfers already moved around your youngest.

The brief is a planning document you can argue with and edit. It is not a booking.

The seven inputs

  1. 01
    Children's ages

Exact ages on the travel dates. A four-year-old and a nine-year-old change the week more than the resort does.

  2. 02
    Board basis

All-inclusive or self-catering. It decides whether the midday heat block sits in a dining room or a supermarket run.

  3. 03
    Flight tolerance

Door-to-door hours your family can absorb before the first day is written off.

  4. 04
    Visa readiness

What you already hold and what is still missing, so entry admin does not land on day one.

  5. 05
    Stroller and access

Steps, sand ramps, pool ladders and lift sizes at the bases we consider.

  6. 06
    Heat ceiling

The temperature at which your youngest stops enjoying the beach.

  7. 07
    Weekly budget band

A per-family weekly band in EUR, with the exclusions printed directly beneath it.

What the brief does

  • Commits to one destination and one base for the full seven days.
  • Blocks naps, heat hours and transfers around the ages you gave us.
  • Prints a per-family weekly band in EUR, with the items it excludes listed underneath.
  • Tags each visa, health and transfer claim with its month and year.

What it does not do

  • No hotel ranking, no inventory, no checkout. Bookings happen with the operator, not here.
  • It does not book anything and we take no commission from operators.
  • It is not a guarantee on entry rules. Those change, and you confirm them at the official source.
  • It does not squeeze two destinations into one week.

Every visa, health and transfer line carries a source tag with a month and year. Anything older than twelve months is flagged as stale in the same pill styling.

Seven inputs, one week

Build the seven-day family brief

Answer for the youngest traveller first. Every line in the result is either tagged to a source or labelled a planner suggestion.

Board basis

No account, no booking, no commission. See the visa and packing handcheck.

Generated brief

Seven-day family brief: Antalya, Turkey

Built from your seven inputs. Every logistics claim keeps a source tag with the month it was checked, and anything older than twelve months is marked stale so you can judge the freshness before you book.

This brief assumes

  • Both children share your room, and no extra-bed fee is included.
  • You travel outside school holidays. July and August shift the band up.
  • Flight times are daytime, so no night transfer with tired children.
  • No medical needs beyond a standard first-aid kit.

This is a planning dossier, not a booking. Nothing here holds a room or a seat. See how we hand-check a brief or send us your dates.

Planner, step seven

Have a person read your week before you book

Send the seven inputs and you get the same brief back with a human pass over it: nap blocks re-timed, transfer length double-checked, and every visa or heat claim tagged with the month it came from.

  • Nap and heat hours re-checked against your children's ages
  • Transfer length and kids-club age bands checked with the operator
  • Each claim carries a source date, or is labelled a planner suggestion
